Raw
Olive Valley Falafel comes in three shapes & sizes: patties, sticks and burger patties
They can be deep or pan fried while still frozen until crunchy and golden brown. Olive Valley Falafel patties can be served in pita bread or in a wrap garnished with, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and tehina sauce (made from sesame seeds) or can be eaten as an appetizer. Olive Valley Falafel burger patties can be served just like a hamburger, great for lunch.
Pre-fried
Olive Valley Falafel sticks & patties also come pre-fried for easy preparation and are perfect finger foods for parties and hors d’oeuvre trays. They can be served with many dipping sauces including the traditional tehina or a yogurt sauce.
