Our Olive Valley Falafel Patties and Sticks are a quick and easy appetizer. Pair with fresh cut veggies and dipping sauces – tahini, garlic sauce, hummus, labne, etc. Also great with mini naan bread for mini appetizer sandwiches.

 


 

Spaghetti

A twist on your mama’s Spaghetti recipe! Prepare your sauce as usual, however instead of meat sauce, crumble Olive Valley Falafel into pieces and stir into your pasta sauce (or quarter the prepared Olive Valley Falafel Patties into 4 pieces to serve as “meatballs”). Once the sauce is ready, serve atop your favorite spaghetti noodles, rigatoni, penne pasta, etc.

 


Charcuterie Boards

Charcuterie boards are perfect for your next party, small gathering, and even a family brunch or dinner! Start off with a clean board, add the items of your choosing and decorate as desired – Olive Valley Falafel Patties and/or Sticks, cherry tomatoes or sliced tomatoes, cucumber slices, green onion, celery stalks, pickle slices or spears, carrots, radishes, olives, hard boiled eggs, deli meats (ham, turkey, salami, prosciutto, etc.), cheeses (cheddar, pepperjack, halloumi, ackawi, feta, etc.), hummus, labne (a yogurt cheese spread/dip), tahini sauce, pita bread or pita chips, naan bread, crackers, etc.

 


Meal Prepping
