Bowls
- Choose your greens – romaine, iceberg, spinach, kale, arugula, mixed greens, etc.
- Choose your toppings – roasted potatoes or sweet potatoes, rice, quinoa, orzo pasta, couscous, hummus, lentils or other beans, etc.
- Choose your vegetables – tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, radish, red onions, avocado, broccoli, carrots, jalapenos, mushrooms, chickpeas, edamame, red cabbage, roasted brussel sprouts, roasted cauliflower, roasted eggplant, etc.
- Choose your additional toppings – feta cheese, shredded cheddar or mozzarella, slivered almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, etc.
- Choose your dressing – olive oil and vinegar, olive oil and fresh-squeezed lemon, balsamic vinaigrette, tahini dressing, cilantro lime, tzatziki sauce, cucumber yogurt, garlic sauce, etc.
- Enjoy with Olive Valley Falafel Patties or Sticks!
Salads

Pizza
- Choose your pizza toppings and top off your pizza – red onions, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, etc.
- Put in the oven, per pizza instructions.
- With 2 minutes left in the oven, remove the pizza.
- Crumble the cooked Olive Valley Falafel Patties or Sticks and add on top of the pizza.
- Once crumbled, add additional cheese if desired. Place back in the oven for 2 minutes.
- Once ready, remove from the oven. Let it cool a few minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy.
Flatbread
- Start off with naan bread (or other flatbread), or thin rice cakes, etc.
- Choose your spread or dressing – hummus, olive oil and vinegar, tahini dressing, cilantro lime, tzatziki sauce, cucumber yogurt, garlic sauce, labne (a yogurt cheese spread), etc.
- Choose your toppings – lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, jalapenos, feta cheese, sliced or shredded cheese of your choice, etc.
- Add your crumbled Olive Valley Falafel Patties or Sticks.
- Drizzle a bit more dressing, to your liking. Eat your flatbread or rice cake open face and enjoy!
Eggs
- Drizzle olive oil on a hot skillet.
- Scramble eggs as desired.
- Add crumbled pieces of Olive Valley Falafel Patties or Sticks and scramble once more.
- Sprinkle za’atar and/or feta cheese to your liking and enjoy. (Za’atar is a wild thyme and sesame blend)

Falafel Wraps
- Choose your wrap – pita, low-carb, whole wheat, spinach, etc.
- Choose your spread or dressing – hummus, olive oil and vinegar, tahini dressing, cilantro lime, tzatziki sauce, cucumber yogurt, garlic sauce, labne (a yogurt cheese spread), etc.
- Add your Olive Valley Falafel Patties or Sticks. Lightly press on the cooked falafel to flatten it out.
- Choose your toppings – lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, jalapenos, red cabbage, feta cheese, sliced or shredded cheese of your choice, etc.
- Drizzle a bit more dressing, to your liking. Roll-up the wrap and enjoy!
Sandwiches
- Choose your bread – pita, naan, french roll, hoagie roll, etc.
- Choose your spread or dressing – hummus, olive oil and vinegar, tahini dressing, cilantro lime, tzatziki sauce, cucumber yogurt, garlic sauce, labne (a yogurt cheese spread), etc.
- Add your Olive Valley Falafel Patties or Sticks. Lightly press on the cooked falafel to flatten it out.
- Choose your toppings – lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, jalapenos, feta cheese, sliced or shredded cheese of your choice, etc.
- Drizzle a bit more dressing, to your liking. Eat your sandwich open face or close up your bread and enjoy!
Falafel Burgers
- Choose your bread – white bun, wheat bun, sourdough, french roll, hoagie roll, etc.
- Choose your spread or dressing – hummus, olive oil and vinegar, tahini dressing, cilantro lime, tzatziki sauce, cucumber yogurt, garlic sauce, labne (a yogurt cheese spread), etc.
- Add your Olive Valley Falafel Burger.
- Choose your toppings – lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, jalapenos, feta cheese, sliced or shredded cheese of your choice, etc.
- Eat your burger open face or close up your bread and enjoy!
Appetizers
Our Olive Valley Falafel Patties and Sticks are a quick and easy appetizer. Pair with fresh cut veggies and dipping sauces – tahini, garlic sauce, hummus, labne, etc. Also great with mini naan bread for mini appetizer sandwiches.
Spaghetti
A twist on your mama’s Spaghetti recipe! Prepare your sauce as usual, however instead of meat sauce, crumble Olive Valley Falafel into pieces and stir into your pasta sauce (or quarter the prepared Olive Valley Falafel Patties into 4 pieces to serve as “meatballs”). Once the sauce is ready, serve atop your favorite spaghetti noodles, rigatoni, penne pasta, etc.
Charcuterie Boards
Charcuterie boards are perfect for your next party, small gathering, and even a family brunch or dinner!
